Stripchat on your bank statement: billing names and paying discreetly
Discord: discord.gg/wrvthful · 93,900+ members (Oct 28, 2026) · Strictly 18+
In short
- Stripchat says charges may show under a payment provider’s name, such as EPOCH.COM*Technius, SegpayEU.com-TechChat or Paymentico.com.
- Card and PayPal purchases need Account Verification first: a small card hold of under $2 that is released, or an ID upload reviewed within 24 hours.
- Payment methods vary by country; your options show under the green plus (+) button.
This page answers one question: what will a Stripchat purchase look like on your bank or card statement? Everything below comes from Stripchat’s own help centre, read on Oct 29, 2026, and each point links to the article it comes from. Where Stripchat doesn’t say something, we don’t either.
Stripchat statement names
Stripchat’s What will appear on my bank/credit card statement? article says: “To protect your privacy, your transactions may appear on your bank statement under one of the following names, depending on the payment provider you use.” These are the names exactly as the article writes them, with the billing support contacts it gives.
| Statement name | Billing support listed by Stripchat |
|---|---|
| EPOCH.COM*Technius | epoch.com billing support · billing@epoch.com · +1 800 893 8871 (toll-free) · +1 310 664 5810 (worldwide) |
| SegpayEU.com-TechChat | cs.segpay.com · help@segpay.com · +1-954-414-1610 and 1-888-376-0948 |
| Paymentico.com | help.paymentico.com · help@paymentico.com · 1-855-877-7020 (USA/Canada, toll-free) · +441344586020 (UK/international) |

| Technius Ltd | Listed under “Other names you may see”; no contact given |
Two more official details. Stripchat’s Paymentico article says Paymentico provides credit/debit card processing for live entertainment websites. And its Direct Debit/Incasso article says purchases made via Sofort, iDeal, Giropay or Sepa show this on your bank statement: Beneficiary: Technius Ltd / Curo Payments.
Account verification before card or PayPal purchases
Stripchat’s How can I enable Credit Card and PayPal purchases? article says you must verify your account first. Open your drop-down menu and select Account Verification. You get two options:
- Verify your card. “A random amount of under $2 will be held on the card you last used for purchases, and it will be released afterwards.” You find that pending charge in your transaction history and enter the amount to prove you own the card. If it matches, your account is verified immediately.
- Upload documents. A scan or photo of your passport, driver’s license, ID, or credit/debit card (showing only your full name and the first 6 and last 4 digits). Stripchat says it will review your documents within 24 hours and contact you about the outcome.
Stripchat’s article doesn’t say which name the verification hold appears under, so we don’t guess.
Payment options by country
Stripchat’s purchase guide lists these payment methods and says they “may vary depending on your country”:
- Credit/Debit/Prepaid Cards
- PayPal
- paysafecard
- Alipay/UPI
- Sofort
- Mobile Billing
- Gift Cards
- Bitcoin, Ether, and other cryptocurrencies
To see what’s available where you are, log in and click the green plus (+) button at the top of any page (paying without a card). On cards, Stripchat says it accepts Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Discover, Diners Club and JCB, including debit, prepaid, virtual, local, personal and business cards, through the Credit Card option (debit, prepaid and virtual cards). It also accepts bank wire transfers in EUR, GBP and USD only; tokens usually arrive 1-3 business days after you send the transfer (bank wire transfer).
Paying discreetly: practical tips
- Know which name to look for. The name depends on the payment provider you use, so expect one of the five in the table above (statement names). Discreet doesn’t mean invisible: anyone who reads your statement still sees a charge from that provider.
- Bank transfers show a beneficiary. Sofort, iDeal, Giropay or Sepa purchases show “Technius Ltd / Curo Payments” as the beneficiary (Direct Debit/Incasso).
- Expect a short-lived verification hold. Card verification puts a random amount under $2 on hold on the card you last used, released afterwards. If you’d rather not, the document option exists (Account Verification).
- Dates may not match. Some banks delay transactions until your account is cleared, usually 1-3 working days, so a charge date can differ from the purchase date (purchase dates).
- Auto-Refill is something you switch on. You enable it in the “Balance Auto-Refill” panel under Settings and Privacy. It rebuys your last manually purchased package with your last payment details when your balance runs low, up to 4 times per 24 hours on cards and PayPal. Leave it off if you want every charge to be one you made yourself (Auto Refill).
- Some Direct Debit charges repeat. If your purchases were made by online bank transfer, Stripchat says it uses Direct Debit for a recurring monthly payment for Ultimate Membership, and for Fan Club subscriptions, which renew automatically every month unless you cancel. Refills during a Private show and low-balance refills are one-time Direct Debit charges (Direct Debit/Incasso).
- Don’t recognise a charge? Use the billing support contact for that provider in the table, or click Contact Support in Stripchat’s help centre with the purchase date and time, the amount and any receipt (transaction questions).
Stripchat doesn’t say what PayPal, paysafecard, gift card, mobile billing or crypto purchases look like on your own statements, so check with that provider.
Refunds
Stripchat’s refund article says it can only refund your last purchased package, and only if it was bought within the last 30 days and none of its tokens have been used. Only card or PayPal purchases qualify. You request a refund from Customer Support, each request is reviewed individually, and approvals may be limited for repeated requests. Complaints about a show must arrive within 48 hours of the event (Tokens Refund Policy).

FAQ
What does Stripchat show on a bank or card statement?
Stripchat says that, to protect your privacy, your transactions may appear under one of these names, depending on the payment provider you use: EPOCH.COM*Technius, SegpayEU.com-TechChat or Paymentico.com. Other names you may see are centrobill.com and Technius Ltd.
Why does Paymentico appear on my bank statement?
Stripchat says Paymentico provides credit/debit card processing for live entertainment websites, and that to protect your privacy your transactions may appear under Paymentico’s name or another payment provider’s name from its statement-names article.
What is the small pending charge when I verify my card?
To enable card and PayPal purchases you verify your account under Account Verification. If you choose card verification, Stripchat says a random amount of under $2 is held on the card you last used for purchases and released afterwards; you enter that pending amount to prove you own the card.
Can I pay Stripchat without a credit or debit card?
Yes. Stripchat lists PayPal, PaySafeCard, Sofort, Mobile Billing, Gift Cards and Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as examples, and says the methods available depend on your country. You see your country’s options under the green plus (+) button.
Why is the date on my statement different from my purchase?
Stripchat says some banks delay transactions until your account is cleared, which usually takes 1-3 working days, so some charge dates can differ from purchase dates.
Can I get a refund on a Stripchat purchase?
Stripchat says it can only refund your last purchased package, if it was bought within the last 30 days, none of its tokens have been used, and it was paid by card or PayPal. You request it from Customer Support, and each request is reviewed individually.
