NSFW Discord Directories: Which Ones List Adult Servers, and How to Judge a Listing

The short version

DISBOARD

DISBOARD is the directory most people know, and it does list adult servers. Its guidelines (last modified Apr 10, 2020) say:

• Servers mainly based on NSFW content must be marked “NSFW”.
• The server's title, description, picture and reviews must not contain swear words, dirty words or NSFW content.
• Bumping must be done by hand. Auto-bumping isn't allowed, and servers can't reward members for bumps or reviews. One review per person.
• Servers that only redirect to another server, only advertise, or have no content aren't allowed, and neither are servers that break Discord's Community Guidelines.

You browse adult servers through the nsfw tag, sorted by “Bumped recently”, “Member Count” or “Newly listed”. Two things to know. The default order is whoever bumped most recently, which rewards persistence, not quality. And the rules aren't a guarantee: when we looked on Oct 23, 2026, plenty of nsfw-tagged descriptions were openly explicit anyway. DISBOARD's paid Pro features, per its Pro terms, aren't available to NSFW or sexually explicit servers, so an adult listing can't buy its way up there.

Discords.com

Discords.com has an NSFW (18+) tag and an “18+ content” filter you can set to Include, Hidden or Only 18+. Its other filters are the useful part: activity level, server size (from under 1,000 members to the very largest), language, Discord badges such as Verified, Partnered and Community, and server age, from new (under three months) to veteran (three years or more). Filtering out brand-new servers alone removes a lot of throwaway listings.

Its terms of service say the site is for users 18 and over. We didn't find a separate published rule for how adult listings must be written, so we're not going to describe one. The site also sells promotion, so a listing near the top may be paid placement.

Discadia

Discadia lists adult servers, and searching “nsfw” or “18+” there brings them up. Its guidelines come down to one rule: follow Discord's Community Guidelines, which it says it moderates based on their spirit. Listings are written by server owners, Discadia doesn't promise they're accurate, and each listing has a report button. Fewer rules means more variety and less filtering, so the checks further down matter more here.

Top.gg

Top.gg is best known for bots. Its server guidelines say a server's page must not mention or show any NSFW or mature content or terms, and pages that break the guidelines get declined or taken down. Its auction rules allow communities aimed at adult members, but only with ads that don't mention mature terms or use categories that point to a mature audience. Top.gg also says it moderates its own pages, not what happens inside a server. Both are in the Top.gg support center.

In practice, you won't find NSFW servers by searching Top.gg, and an adult server's Top.gg page is written to look safe-for-work, so it tells you little about what's inside.

Discord's own Server Discovery

Discord's Discovery guidelines keep sexual content out of Server Discovery, so adult servers aren't there. That doesn't make them against the rules. Discord's sexual content policy allows explicit content in age-restricted channels, as long as the owner and moderators are 18+ and nothing explicit sits on surfaces outsiders can see: the server name, icon, invite or invite background. Discord can also mark a whole server age-restricted if most of it is adult content.

How to judge a listing before you click Join

1. Check the invite before you join. Paste it into our free Discord invite checker, or open it in a browser. Either way you see the server's real name and Discord's own member and online counts. If the name doesn't match the listing, or the invite is invalid, move on. Our guide to finding NSFW Discord servers walks through this check.
2. Compare members to people online. A big member count with almost nobody online usually means a dead or padded server.
3. Don't read the sort order as a ranking. “Bumped recently” means someone pressed bump. Promoted spots are paid. Neither tells you the server is good.
4. Read the description for red flags: paying to get in or to “verify”, QR codes, requests for ID or intimate photos in DMs, “no verification needed”, or ads that lead with someone's age or body. Our safety checklist has the full list.
5. Read the worst reviews, not the best. DISBOARD allows one review per person and bans rewarding reviews, but reviews can still be stacked by friends.
6. Check a dated source. Our NSFW Discord tracker rechecks the invites on our list and shows what changed, and the porn Discord server list says when each invite was checked.

On iPhone: WRVTHFUL opens fine on iPhone. Can't see channels? Confirm your age in Discord. Discord hides age-restricted channels from new accounts until they confirm their age. Some other servers built entirely around explicit content are blocked in Discord's iOS app; for those, use desktop or Discord's web version.

Where WRVTHFUL fits

WRVTHFUL is our server: a free, strictly 18+ NSFW Discord with 92,900+ members (Oct 24, 2026). It has one permanent invite, discord.gg/wrvthful, and that's the only one we use, wherever you see us listed. If you're new, here's how joining works.
