1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wrvthful.com or joining the WRVTHFUL Discord server, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all community rules. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility — Strictly 18+ Only

WRVTHFUL is strictly for adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).

• You must be 18+ to join the Discord server.
• You must be 18+ to view or post any explicit content.
• Manual government-issued photo ID verification is required to post explicit content or receive verified 18+ status.
• Any attempt to join or post while underage will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting where required by law.

3. Manual ID Verification Process

To post explicit content, you must complete our manual verification process:

• Submit a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID showing your name, photo, and date of birth.
• Our team manually reviews every submission (no automated "click yes" system).
• Verification typically completes within 24-72 hours.
• Rejected submissions receive a reason; repeated false submissions may result in a ban.
• Verified status is a privilege, not a right. We reserve the right to revoke it at any time for rule violations.

4. Community Rules & Zero Tolerance Policy

WRVTHFUL maintains one of the cleanest environments in the adult Discord space. The following are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal:

• Minors or anyone under 18 (zero tolerance — instant permanent ban + reporting)
• Bots, fake accounts, or impersonation
• Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse
• Spam, unsolicited advertising, or self-promotion outside designated channels
• Sharing illegal content or content involving non-consenting parties
• Any behavior that harms the community vibe or safety

Moderators' decisions are final.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content posted by members remains the property of the original creator. By posting in WRVTHFUL, you grant the server a non-exclusive license to display that content within the community.

You may not repost or redistribute content from WRVTHFUL without explicit permission from the original poster.

6. Jerkmate Affiliate Relationship

WRVTHFUL is an official affiliate of Jerkmate. Verified Jerkmate models and creators actively participate in the server. This partnership brings real creator engagement. All affiliate relationships are disclosed transparently.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

WRVTHFUL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific member counts, or that every interaction will meet your expectations. We are not responsible for content posted by third-party members.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WRVTHFUL and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the server or website.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the server or website at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date indicates the current version. Your continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the primary operators reside, without regard to conflict of law principles.
